Core Features​
  The AS241D series is an energy-saving package yarn dyeing machine. It uses a 90° flat-plate reversal device, high-efficiency tube heat exchanger, and innovative centrifugal pump to reach an ultra-low 1:5 liquor ratio—lower than conventional models—cutting water, dye, and energy costs. Its compact design saves space, while interchangeable carriers let it handle nylon, hank yarn, tape cords, and loose fibers. It supports high-temperature dyeing (polyester/blended yarns) and normal-temperature processing (cotton, acrylic, wool), fitting small-batch or large-scale production.​

 

Key Technical Parameters​
 

Maximum working pressure: 0.4 Mpa;

Maximum operating temperature: 135℃. Heating rate (20℃~130℃): average 5℃/min (0.7 Mpa dry saturated steam). Cooling rate (130℃~80℃): average 2.5℃/min (0.3 Mpa cooling water, 5℃~10℃).

Liquor ratio: 1:5–1:6.​
