    Recently, a batch of our AS-Win series high-temperature and high-pressure soft-flow fabric dyeing machines, after strict quality inspection and commissioning, have been shipped from our domestic base to major textile clusters in Mexico. This shipment marks a key step for us in the Latin American market and aims to provide efficient dyeing solutions for local enterprises. Mexico’s textile industry has grown rapidly, yet the lack of high-end dyeing equipment hinders its development. Leveraging our professional expertise and good reputation, we have gained local trust. These AS-Win machines will fill the local high-end equipment gap, helping partners cut energy consumption, boost dyeing efficiency and product qualification rate, and enhance global competitiveness.

    As our core product, the AS-Win dyeing machine excels in versatility and performance, tailored for various knitted fabrics like cotton, polyester, blends and elastic fabrics. Its key technical strengths stand out: maximum fabric speed reaches 420 r/min for higher efficiency; with 0.4 MPa maximum working pressure and 135℃ maximum temperature, it adapts to high-temperature processes, ensuring strong dye-fiber bonding, excellent color fastness and uniformity.

    Precise heating and cooling control further guarantees dyeing stability. With 0.7 MPa dry saturated steam, it heats at 5℃/min (25℃-100℃) and 2.5℃/min (100℃-130℃) to avoid fabric issues. Using 0.3 MPa, 5℃-10℃ cooling water, it cools at 3℃/min (130℃-100℃) and 2℃/min (100℃-85℃) to fix color. Its 1:4 low liquor ratio reduces dye, chemical and water usage, cutting costs and aligning with green textile trends.
