Our company has shipped AS241D High Temperature High Pressure (HTHP) Package Yarn Dyeing Machines to Sri Lanka. This strengthens our South Asian textile market presence and reflects local enterprises’ trust in our equipment. Tailored to their needs, the AS241D’s versatility and stability boost dyeing efficiency and quality.
The AS241D excels in adaptability: it handles HTHP dyeing/pre-treatment of polyester and blends, plus normal-temperature processing of cotton, acrylic, wool and more. By changing dyeing carriers, it also processes nylon yarns, hank yarns, tape cords and loose fibers, meeting diverse production demands.
It also delivers stable performance with precise parameters: max pressure 0.4Mpa, max temperature 135℃. With 0.7Mpa dry saturated steam, heating rates are 5℃/min (25℃-100℃) and 2.5℃/min (100℃-130℃). Using 0.3Mpa cooling water (5℃~10℃), cooling rates are 3℃/min (130℃-100℃) and 2℃/min (100℃-85℃), ensuring uniform dyeing and color stability.
Additionally, its 1:5-6 liquor ratio cuts water and chemical use, lowering costs and environmental impact. Precise temperature control reduces defects, while its robust design ensures stable operation, minimizing maintenance and downtime for tangible benefits.
