Introction

 

AS636 series dyeing machine handles both standard knitted and elastic fabrics including cotton, viscose, polyester, and nylon elastic variants. Compatible with overflow jet flow technology, it processes fabrics from 50-600g/m². Its composite variable-diameter guide tube minimizes tension while preventing warp crease, and the optimized short-cloth-groove design maintains low liquor ratios for efficient operation. The low-profile, low-tension configuration reduces post-dye shrinkage and ensures consistent finished weights. Constructed with high-grade European/Japanese SUS316/316L stainless steel, the heavy-duty machine body and heat exchanger deliver exceptional corrosion resistance and durability.Sandblasting on the whole machine surface.
